I was born in Gothenburg on oct 14 of 1977. I was brought up in a fairly musically talented family. My musical interest started to grow very early. First of all I wanted to be a drummer, of course (who doesn't), but for some reason my parents didn't want to buy me a drum kit that was 10 times bigger than myself. The years went by and at the age of nine I first "discovered" my grandmothers old acoustic guitar. My sister taught me some chords and I tried my best to play like my old heroes. I didn't have an electric guitar at that time so I took a pair of lousy headphones, put them inside the acoustic guitar and plugged the cord into a Regent (?) 30 watt amp. I cranked it up to 10 and there it was, a very nice world class distorsion. Right after that I received my first Electric guitar, a Vester, from my very understanding parents.

I was in a couple of different bands with friends in the late eighties and early nineties.
I met Christian Rivel (then with the last-name Liljegren) and joined his band Modest Attraction for some time, playing 70's hardrock. Christian and I formed NARNIA in -96 and left Modest Attraction to focus on Narnia.
Since then I've also been involved with some other bands and projects such as Saviour Machine, Rob Rock and System Breakdown.

I like to listen to all kinds of music. "All kinds" does not include all the music played on the commercial radio stations. (At least not the swedish ones.) I like Peter Gabriel, Black Sabbath, Jens and Anders Johansson, Dio, Marillion, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Yngwie Malmsteen, Yes, Frank Zappa, Rainbow, Genesis, Metallica, Allan Holdsworth, Seal, Meshuggah, Jonas Hellborg, Iron Maiden, Neil Morse etc. etc. etc...the list is endless.
